All plans are billed monthly in advance. Your invoice is generated on the same calendar day each month from the date you first subscribed. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as SEPA Direct Debit for European customers. VAT is applied in accordance with Romanian and EU tax regulations.
Yes. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period you can upgrade to any paid plan or your resources will be suspended. Trial resources cannot be transferred to another account.
You can upgrade your plan instantly from the account dashboard — additional resources are provisioned within minutes and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. Downgrading to a plan with lower resource limits may require you to reduce usage first.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact our support team and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked. Refunds are not available after 30 days or for Enterprise contracts, which are governed by their individual agreement terms.
